Hello telegram foss team. Whether telegram foss will have support for future,because we haven't new releases near three months and no commits near two months. Thanks.

I am working to get the new release published with the author currently, the problem relates to liability since the current primary author is in the EU. I am in the USA and not subject to such silly laws.
