when minimizing and maximizing an application on Android, the keyboard is shown

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to https://t.me/Mdaowalletbot
Minimize app
Maximize app
show keyboard

Expected behavior

the keyboard should not be visible when the application is maximized

this is the case with most applications in Telegram
