GetStickerSetAsync problem #1407

I found a bug to report

GetStickerSetAsync() has error is_animated requird property not found

That property is no longer provided by Telegram and was removed in v21.*.

Please update to a more recent version of the library v21.* https://telegrambots.github.io/book/index.html#-installation
