Proxy MTProto Does not publish my proxy. #391

I have created and posted the following proxy and sent it to @proxymtprotorobot two days ago, but it is not yet published in @ProxyMTProto:

Is there anything wrong? How long does it take to be publisshed?

No I could not. @ProxyMTProto did not publish my proxy even after a month. :)
