Abnormal use of microphone and camera in chat list

Description

In the chat list, scrolling to the right opens the camera. Sometimes, when scrolling through the chat list, it happens accidentally, for a fraction of a second, without visible animation. But at the same time, telegram believes that I have opened the camera, and starts the use of a microphone and a camera. And because of this, the music playback in the background is interrupted.

Expected Behavior

Random small swipes to the right to open the camera for stories should be ignored if the camera was not really open

Actual Behavior

Small swipes to open the camera are not ignored, even if the camera has not been opened

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open telegram
2. Go to the chat list
3. Make a small swipe, but do not open the camera

I have this issue as well. If this doesn't get fixed I'll move on from telegram. Very suspicious

Same here. Just noticed the green dot go on next to my camera while scrolling down. Very suspicious.
