5 years ago Safari behaves the right way in private browsing mode. When you first active the App Switcher, Safari stays visible. You can scroll within the App Switcher and return to Safari without switching apps, and the preview remains visible. However once you switch to another app and then open the App Switcher, Safari's content area in the preview is blacked out.
Merely enabling the passcode lock causes the App Switcher preview to blur. It should only blur when Telegram enters a locked state, either manually or after the timeout. The constant blur ruins the UX when actively using Telegram and switching between other apps.
