Description

Describe the issue that you are experiencing Notifications are received very late after the update (15.5.2). For example: I'm sitting through a computer version of Telegram Desktop (1.9.21) and have a friend write me. I do not open the dialog specifically and I wait and in 2-3 minutes a notification comes to my iPhone. Why so? Once upon a time everything came. P.S. I have the latest version of iOS (13.3.1) installed. Dear Telegram developers, I ask you to resolve this issue in the nearest Telegram 5.16 update! I am waiting for an answer.

I thought it was only me. i am running ios 14.1 on Iphone xs Max. Push notifications are very late, sometimes 5 min or more.

Reseted device to factory defaults and same problem.

I'm also having this issue, iphone 11 pro max, ios 14+ I'm updating my iOS now, hoping to see a change in this behavior. I think it happens especially when I use the desktop version. so maybe that's the problem.

I think I may be having this issue, message to iPhone users seem to have only one tick, not two, and we cannot figure out why.

Description Describe the issue that you are experiencing

When someone sends you a message on Telegram, say at 10:00AM. you would receive the notification on 10:05AM with message timestamp of 10:00AM. That means message we would have received earlier, But telegram gives notification for that message only after a few minutes.

Same is the case with Calls, even of we are connected to hi speed internet , we wont receive call on real time, rather it gives a missed call alert.

Phone related settings are double ensured and the same works well with Whatsapp.

Expected Behavior Messages & calls should be notified real time.

Actual Behavior Delayed notifications for Calls & Messages
