No OTP SMS codes being delivered #4

Trying to login to account through the mobile app.

Steps to reproduce:

attempt to login to Telegram using iOS or Android
Get prompted to enter number for sms code
Wait for sms code
No sms code sent

Expected behaviour:

get sms code delivered to the phone

Actual behaviour:

no sms code delivered

Same thing here, Telegram does this intentionally, in some countries only, like Indonesia. You cannot login EVEN WITH NEW SIM card because “code sent to other device” and no support options to resolve this!
