Line charts go weird if there are zeroes in the data. #438

I noticed this - Y access cropped for privacy, but you can see the gaps in the data lead to weird gaps in the line... but some of the gaps actually do have data points that show on hover, there are much less nulls in the data than it seems. It shows null when you hover the gaps too, perhaps that is the bug and it should be 0?

This is making some of our charts laughably useless @winsmith — of course we can mouseover to try to find the non-null data points but... I believe also that these might be the cause of certain charts "never loading" in the iOS viewer app as this appears to correlate.
