Lifetime Value of customers #482

Now that we can log purchases in TelemetryDeck, can we get some charts outlining lifetime value for customers? Things I'd love to see:

Average spend per all customers over time
Average spend per paying customers over time
Graphs of LTV grouped by cohort (group customers by which week/month/year they first used the app)
- Can be broken up into paying and all customers as well

BONUS

Predictions of future LTV based on past performance
