We are considering using this dataset for our future edits in Atlanta metro area:

Tiger 2017 data was processed with Cygnus resulting 414.2 mi of roads that did not have names in OSM but had names in Tiger 2017. These roads have been reviewed, and for 85.5% (354.5 mi) the names have been added. The remaining 14.5% (59.7 mi) consisted of false positives, or cases where Tiger data was not enough to add the name, and have been skipped.
