KTp KDED Module / ContactCache requires RosterGroups feature, but it is not presented in Morse (because there is no contact groups in Telegram).

Options:

Fix KDED ContactCache to require group only if the feature is available. Have no idea, how to check the availability.
Add ContactGroupsInterface to Morse and return no groups. Easy, but the base iface is not pushed to fd.o master yet.

Fixed by b7d9659e18a326934935407988439b000450f89c

May be it makes sense to introduce better groups later: we can artificially sort contacts for known by phone and all other contacts (which don't belong to contact list actually).
