What Sui has is interesting and I can see that being a hit with the Web3 community.

As for the general public, why not copy+paste Uber's past?

@Alejandro1954-ops definitely interesting learnings in that article. The uber program centers around driver subsidies.

TRIP community members in the future may take it upon themselves to offer promos like gas cards to drivers to sign up but I think we're not close to seeing that behavior emerge.

Instead we'd focus on other promotional mechanics and offering TRIP Rewards.
