What's missing from the TRIP Guides

The guides are missing information on pickup mechanics. I propose making a new section within rider basics dedicated to pickup best practices and pickup options.

Gist of expected content

This section should include photos from the app. The guides are text heavy at the moment and should include more images of the TRIP app.

Best Practices for Riders

• Location Accuracy: Emphasize the importance of ensuring the pickup location pin is accurate on the map to avoid confusion and delays.
• Driver Contact: Highlight the necessity of keeping the phone on and being reachable to communicate with the driver if needed.
• Timeliness: Be ready for pickup at the designated time to minimize delays for both you and the driver.
• Feedback: Provide feedback after the trip for improvement.

Accessibility Options

• Accessibility Options: Highlight any accessibility features or options available for riders who may require special assistance.
