When we launch in the Genesis City there won't initially be driver or rider ratings. We will add this in time. Given this, let's hold off on moving forward with this guide for now. We can revisit this when ratings are present.
@abhilash710 if I'm off base with ratings not being in the app at launch, let us know.
What's missing from the TRIP Guides
It is imperative to have a guide outlining the rating system on the network. Rating systems are crucial part of the network in order to remove bad actors.

Location Ratings should be displayed in a section in both rider and driver guides.

I have seen two different types of rating systems.
Recommendation: If a driver/rider had a previous ride where one of the actors was rated negatively (3 stars or less) do not match them again on future rides.
