What's missing from the TRIP Guides

This guide will give drivers a step-by-step flow on how to complete a trip on the Teleport app.

@matt-brigante are you able to source mockups of the trip flow for a driver to show in this guide?

For further screenshots, I'd use your own in app driver profile or coordinate with Cameron or Kenneth from College Station to get more screenshots from a real or test drive they do. Happy to connect you if need be.

Switching from rider to driver-

Where to wait-

Accepting a request/Navigating to the rider

Upfront Fares- A trip request will appear when you get matched with a rider. The request shows the time, mileage, and pay for the trip you have been matched with. You have 10 seconds to decide whether to accept or decline the trip. If you do not choose before 10 seconds expire, the system will assign the ride to another driver.

Navigation- Click "Navigate" when you are ready to head to the rider's pickup location. You will then choose your preferred navigation provider. You will receive turn-by-turn directions until you reach the pickup point.

Picking up rider- Once they are in your car, slide the green "Start Ride" slider right to begin the trip.

Navigation- Click "Navigate" when you are ready to head to the rider's destination. You will then choose your preferred navigation provider. You will receive turn-by-turn directions until you reach the intended destination.

Finishing the ride- After you drop the rider off, slide the "Complete Ride" slider to the right to end the ride. Then click the green "Dismiss Completed Trip" button. This will take you back online to get another ride request.
