is there any plan to upload this plugin to "pgb" or "plugins.cordova.io" or "npm" #45

hi @EddyVerbruggen is there any plan to upload this plugin to "PGB" or "plugins.cordova.io" or "npm" because PGB (build.phonegap.com) can support above these resource for now if could，I think npm is a good idea

PS1 there is a push plugin npm version https://www.npmjs.com/package/phonegap-plugin-push but... this version have no wp8 platform support for now and have no function just like your "areNotificationsEnabled"

PS2 these are PGB version

but these are all forked from yours and seem not the latest

For now, it seems megaplan's fork is even with Telerik and is on npm: https://www.npmjs.com/package/megaplan-plugin-push https://github.com/megaplan/PushNotification But, yeah. I agree that this should be on npm. It seems to be more updated than Phonegap's
