When attempting to setTags on an iOS 10 device and then sending a segmented push notification targeting devices from the PushWoosh UI with a tag filter, only iOS version < 10 and Android devices will receive that push notification with the Telerik Verified PushWoosh Plugin v6.0.0 on Cordova 4.0.0.
After upgrading from Cordova 4.0.0 to 6.4.0 and installing the official PushWoosh 6.5.0 plugin, setting tags and targeting iOS 10 devices via tag filter works.
Tested and verified bug behavior and cordova+plugin upgrade fix on numerous iOS 8, 9, and 10 devices as well as Android 4.4 - 7.0.
