Some extra things for Paul to do before demo run:

[x] Make repo into installable package
[x] Update README, NEWS and DESCRIPTION
[x] Document package data (roxygen2)
[x] Build package vignettes
[x] Check install package and browseVignettes("RWorkshop")
[x] Check sessions are numbered correctly in Vignettes list
