Revert ebook-telecom changes #1

This pull request reverts the first implementation of ebook-telecom. We must revert it, because it does not merge cleanly with @thermz's fork. On top of it, we'll layer the patches of the second implementation.

Discussed with and ok by @giuseppefutia.

Unfortunately there was too many changes in TI TMF fork, I suggest that we review the @giuseppefutia ebook implementation in order to be easily integrated with TI fork.

To complicate the situation, we have no automatic non-regression test available to run after merge, so it's up to us to manually check all the functionalities.

We're already working on that. We'll send an updated pull request on your fork that should be easily mergeable in a few half hours :).
