Support for FTP configuration #10

Hi! Thank you so much for restarting the OCAP project.

I only have one problem, the web server ocap runs on is on a separate AWS from the game server. I have to configure the FTP and mod settings, but I really don't know where to put my hands. Could you help me?

EDIT: Sorry looking good now I noticed that my teammate was looking at the old OCAP and not yours so the question is incorrect
