Sqrl application integrations compete with Scatter rending both useless #73

vers. Sqrl 0.5.4 and up, OSX App integrations is a great feature for Sqrl, but I suggest making it possible to turn them off based on user preferences.

The problem is that if a user has both Scatter and Sqrl open at the same time, most apps will not be able to connect to either of them. So, for people using Scatter for interactions and Sqrl as a standard wallet, having both open at once causes problems that are hard for users to understand or troubleshoot. To most, the wallets just don't work.

Since Sqrl's primary use is as a more traditional wallet, while Scatter's primary use is as an app interaction I suggest that it makes the most sense for Sqrl to be the one to add an "off" switch to the app integration feature for those who don't want to use it. This could be a small graphic representation of a switch in the main header that begins as off by default on first use. Ironically, adding the visual control to turn the feature off may end up drawing more attention to its existence.
