ESS-1382: Update KitchenSink Demo to support P2P targeted peer messages #368

Purpose of this PR: Unhide the "Connected Peers" section in the KitchenSink demo and remove the Handshake Progress Icons.

Connected Peers section has checkboxes that allow sending targeted p2p messages.
