This is mainly the PR for setting clientId to a standard value when collecting statistics from the SDK.

AdapterJS: 0.15.0 socket.io-client: 1.4.8

clientId generated using generateUUID
postStats updated to use the generated clientId
reportToApi function refactored to use postStats
