Experiment: move LFG creation to modal dialog #30

Why?

It may be easier for users to interact with creation command using dialog UI. And, if we want to implement role-based LFGs, then author (creator) should be able to select own role while creating new post.

impossible to modal dialog (Discord doesn't allow to use Dropdowns in dialogs). Maybe bot should ask user some additional information later if needed
