Answer with fractions guidance #87

When student tries to answer as decimals instead of fractions display alert saying "Please answer with fractions instead of decimals"

Multiple answers are using , as well. There might be potential conflict eg. 0,1 as an answer and 0,1 as a decimal. Still needs more thought on how to be implemented.
