Option hide installed #12

Request to add in settings option - hide installed items from filelist.
In future lists comes longer and then is possible show only new ones.

Ok, i forgot one thing
icons could hide easy
<visible>!IsEmpty(ListItem.Property(Downloaded))+!Option hide 
installed</visible>
but list information need more processing

Very good idea, more over we already applying a filter on downloded items for
display, so it shouldn't be a big change.
