Ensure scroll to the top with each new page

At the moment, if you are scrolled down in a page and navigate to a new page, the new page will be scrolled down when it should return to the top.

Hi yes it does work, I'm noticing though that load time for search is significantly slower after this update. Do you know why that might be?
