Make some small adjustments #45

This PR makes a number of small adjustments to the temoa model:

  1. Changing the default CapacityCredit to 0 from 1
  2. Allowing special characters in scenario names
  3. Removing ramping constraints between representative days
  4. Not reporting very small capacity values in results
