the virtue arm doesn't work at all

Multiplier is currently set to 0, which sometimes results in enemies not taking damage when they should, but at the same time it usually won't hit enemies that are moving. Also could you specify more on what you mean by "doesn't work at all," is the arm charging? Are you marking enemies? Does the sigil appear but then no beam?
