repository.tempest-0.0.5.zip don't have video addon in Kodi 19 #98

When i click on Tempest Repo, i don't see video addon so i can't install it. If i download repository.tempest-0.0.4.zip from here, how can i install it?

If you read 5 posts down issues 93 they said working on update to be compatible for 19

It's not working on Kodi 18.9 either. On which version it works?
