feat(project): convert to typescript

• Add prettier, tslint for easier maintenance.
• Replace webpack-cli with webpack-command.
• Add typescript with dependencies. Update tsconfig.json.
• Remove old babel dependencies.
• Modify Icon.tsx to satisfy tsc and tslint.

Added bunch of dependencies that I use on personal projects. Is it ok?

By the way probably going to remove prettier. tslint is a given, pretty sure everyone uses it.
