3 new 3D filetype Icons #194

Proposed 3 new file icons, both .design and .png versions for:

.3ds .obj collada

Thanks. For future reference all icons must be in vector and fit within the circle (view the template for an example).

I'll merge this pull request and redraw the icons in vector at their appropriate size.

Fixed all 3 icons and pushed. Renamed with the .3d.* naming and also resized them.
