I updated readme.md with example snipplets

Merged, but need to actually look through the code to see what changed in more detail. It seems to work on a high level.

Just to make the demo easier for those quickly downloading it outside of bower/npm. I replaced the urls with CDN links. I know this is probably frowned upon, but just trying to make it as accessible for those not using modern dependency management.
