Add zone name to 'look' command #510

Truncate to 80 chars. Exits and PK rule take precedence. Do not include this when using the 'clairvoyance' spell or with magical windows.

This metadata is already pretty cluttered. I don't think we want to aggressively push the zone name to the player.
