from Brad: Founders tile animation - love the slight scale as hover state on the tiles. 2 small things. Is it possible to separate the logo from the image so JUST the image scales but the logo stays in place?

Second request... we have a nice ease into the scale on hover. However we have a hard snap back to neutral when the user scrolls away. Is it possible to animate the scale back to neutral the same way it animates in?

Just noticed, you have it perfect on the buttons. Is it possible to duplicate what you did there?

@bradneal77 I got just the background image to scale, but I'm having trouble figuring out why the ease transition isn't working. I'll keep at this one and keep the issue open.
