What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Navigate to the Data Turbine documentation website 
(http://www.dataturbine.org/content/documentation) 
2. Try to follow the link to HelloDT 
(http://neesforge.nees.org/projects/hellodt/)
3. It will fail because the link is now https://nees.org/tools/hellodt/wiki

There are a lot of these dead links which (incorrectly) gives the impression 
that these materials are no longer available!
