Problem with Axis M1113 IP-Cam #19

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Run RBNB server.
2. Run dtu AxisSource for a Axis M1113 camera.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Both RBNB server and DTU AxisSource say that they are communicating. Also the 
source name defined with parameter -S is seen on RDV channel list. But, there 
are no children (i.e. no video view)
The same procedure done for a Axis 241Q video gives no such error.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
RBNB v3.1
DTU 3.10
RDV 2.2.2
Windows XP 32bit

Please provide any additional information below.
If anyone on the development team would like to be involved, I can provide the 
username and the password for an operating M1113 Axis IP-Cam.
