Need to add KML plugin to Tomcat #7

I'm reading the KML plugin FAQ at 
http://dataturbine.org/content/usage-dataturbine-kml-plugin 
and would like to get it added to the Tomcat install, so that users can run it 
from the web page. 
Figuring out the classpath took me a few minutes, and I suspect that users 
would have more 
trouble figuring out something like  java -cp 
/Users/hubbard/code/dataturbine/Build/Classes/Applications/PlugIns:$CLASSPATH 
TrackDataPlugIn -h
