Context

In the directory /frontend/src/components, there is a ReportForm.jsx file. Inside handleSubmit create all state for all fields of form

Requirements

[ ] Import useState hook
[ ] Create state for all fields based on the wireframes. State variable names should be:
- [ ] category
- [ ] problemDuration
- [ ] previouslyReported
- [ ] buildingNumber
- [ ] photo
- [ ] description
