Good stuff! might change some things. question why have the radioactive bee make resonating ore instead of a new bee? i feel a bee for uranium and resonating is better not one or the other.
Having a separate resonate bee could be done 2 ways. First, have the resonate bee a stand alone sibling of radioactive, or second, make it a descendant of radioactive (sibling of uranic). I like the second option better; the radioactive would always be available depending on config file, but the addProduct call is separated and wrapped in the conditional checking IC2 availability.
My other project I was looking at doing was adding more comb types for metallic and crystal branches. This way I would not continue to get all the rocky combs (and all the rock types from centrifuge) when all I have are crystal and metallic bees. The metallic combs could randomly output nuggets (need to create and register if not present in oredict) of iron, gold, copper and tin along with wax. Crystal combs could output small about of quartz with wax.
Already separated the resonating bee as a daughter of the radioactive. Changed a few things: readded the emerald and diamond flowers but kept their jubilance provider (and changed them to the corresponding ores); changed the colours of the bees to reflect there material. Note: this is on my branch at the moment not githubs.
I like the idea for the metallic and crystal branches having there own combs but i'm not sure on what they should give. (i'm not sure about giving random nuggets and quartz)
This adds several new bees: a quartz bee in the crystal branch, an osmium bee for Mekanism osmium and draconium bee for Draconic Evolution.
Resonating ore from deep resonance now works in place of uranium if IC2 is not loaded.
Diamond and emerald bees use a specialty and a jubilance provider for being able to produce the nuggets. Using this method means it can't be changed using a mod like gendustry which can change flower types. Also, a jubilance provider was added to the withering and wither bees which already had their specialty items. (Todo: the jubilance provider for wither and withering bees needs to be customized; right now any skull/head placed under the hive will work, a custom provider can be written to limit only to wither skulls).
