Here is the implementation of the new combs and products. I'm going to play with it tomorrow in my survival world and see how balanced the recipes seem. The textures could probably use some cleaning; if you have any skill with graphics, your probably way better than I am.

I added two new bees, certus quartz and yellorite; these had been requested at different points. I also added config options to disable all the new cross mod bees that have been added recently.

Keep the version at 1.3 until i release it, but over all good stuff. I do some testing
