Disable Lava Generators? #34

Free lava is nice for stuff like Tinkers, so people don't pump the nether 24/7. However, geothermal generators and the like are kind of op with free source of lava (even if it's nether though). Hence the idea of disabling them?

I won't disable them, but I will nerf their general output on the server. Single player however should be unaffected as there is no free lava source there.
