Energy bridge is not coverting power #46

Closed doctorbmw closed 6 years ago

the rf consumer will show that it is using/storing power but the bridge doesn't seem to convert/transfer to the LV eu producer and tried with a rf producer also

Bluexin commented 6 years ago

Mine are working, both as producing eu and mj. My eu one is MV though I think. Did you actually check it was outputting energy? I don't think it's storing energy on it's own (the producer).

Tencao commented 6 years ago

I'll test this later, however I have seen it working in blues base which makes me think it's a setup issue and not a bug

doctorbmw commented 6 years ago

So is the any configuration to it other than place and go? I have a red consumer feed by IE power. The the bridge right under the consumer. Then the eu producer under the bridge. I used both my and lv ones and connected to a cesu and a mfe and to the energy acceptor for ae2. Nothing is powering. When I hover over the rf consumer it shows a full bar of power 2.1k grf I think

Bluexin commented 6 years ago

to the energy acceptor Setup is:

original power -> consumer -> bridge -> producer -> target power

ie for rf -> mj it could be :
energy cube with output to consumer -> rf/fe consumer -> bridge -> mj producer -> quarry

rf -> eu could be :
energy cube with output to consumer -> rf/fe consumer -> bridge -> mv producer -> mfsu

Pay attention to the input/output sides of ic2's mfe & co maybe ? Send screenshot of your setup, could help too. Ask genetyx or Rastos when they're online to see ours (or if you know our coords, just tp there).

You was using the wrong consumer. IE requires FE Consumer, not RF Consumer
