Acceleration wand #63

Should be disabled asap to prevent people killing tps and exploiting OP stuff. /shrug

After further investigation, it seems the acceleration wand got changed to just making a tile tick for a bunch of ticks at the same time, instead of accelerating it over time like it used to do. This way it doesn't kill tps, but eh.
