slot无法迁移 #233

    当前我们采用了2.4.2版本，12主12从，但是在slot迁移时无论多个slot还是单个都一定会失败，不清楚什么原因导致，我们已经尝试过多种方案都没能解决。
    现在打算尝试先升级一下版本然后再进行迁移，不确定能否成功，请问针对这个情况有合适的目标版本推荐吗，或者一些注意事项？

一般推荐使用最新版本，目前最新的是2.6.0

官网的升级文档好像比较的简单，有相关可参考的详细文档吗
