translate configurations under /conf to English #43

It might be also reasonable we include a configuration system in our roadmap.

@gosonzhang I find some inconsistent in our options and am glad to learn a bit.

Some of them are marked as required while have a default value; other of them are not marked as optional while have a default value. Shall we comment configuration in a standard way, i.e., introduce a configuration system in further developing?
