[t-icons] 请求新增 Linux 图标，Windows 图标存在 Bug ，此外是否可以将现行 Windows 图标翻新为 Windows 11 样式？ #108

这个功能解决了什么问题

请求新增 Linux 图标，可用于涉及客户端下载页所面向系统的区分。

现有的 Windows 图标，图标左侧顶部和底部比右侧向下偏移了一点（但是中间又是对齐的，是不是有一边被翻转了？）。此外，是否可以翻新 Windows 图标为 Windows 11 样式？
