reinstall 试试？ 我的windows没有复现这个问题

@uyarn 具体原因不详，我进入npm全局依赖包地址看到@babel/core没有安装，然后我在tdesign-starter-cli下执行npm install后就正常安装了 image

确实解决了，我的是Mac
