华为9.0手机release补丁不生效 #1293

异常类型：app运行时异常 手机型号：华为meta9

手机系统版本：Android 9.0

tinker版本：如:1.7.7

gradle版本：如:3.2.0

是否使用热更新SDK： 如 TinkerPatch SDK 或者 Bugly SDK

系统：如:Mac

堆栈/日志： logcat日志一直循环打印： e:Tinker.DexDiffPatchInternal: parallel dex optimizer file %s is not exist, just wait %d times。 补丁没有生效。
